FACILITIES: Discover all the services that your Centre provides and choose what interests you most. Also, make the most of reciprocal rights; the App will automatically update with any YMCA Centre you visit.
MY MOVEMENT: Find your personalised programs, classes you’ve booked, challenges you’ve joined and all the other activities you’ve chosen to do at your Centre
RESULTS: Check your results and monitor your progress, tracking both workout data and data from body measurements (weight, body fat, etc..).
Train with the YMCA SA App, collect MOVEs, and get more and more active every day.
The YMCA SA App can connect with Technogym equipment by Bluetooth or QR code. The equipment will automatically set up with your program and your results will be automatically tracked on your mywellness account.
Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
